Delivery
All products are dispatched with reliable couriers. Delivery takes 2-3 working days and is charged at £9.95 + VAT per order. Orders over the value of £80 + VAT qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. This will be automatically applied at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to change your mind about a product. Unused items can be returned for a full refund. Please notify our team via email within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Items that have been damaged in transit will be replaced or refunded as long as you have signed for the item as DAMAGED on receipt of goods (or refused the delivery) and taken photographs of both the packaging and the damage to the product, as per the rules of the couriers.
