Shipping
- All products are dispatched with reliable couriers. Delivery take 2-3 working days and is charged at £9.95 + VAT per order
- Orders over the value of £80 + VAT qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. This will be automatically applied at checkout.
- If you need expedited delivery we will do our very best to assist. Please contact the sales team. If stock is available, and it's possible for the warehouse to process the order quickly we can provide a next-day shipping service at £14.95 + VAT
### IMPORTANT NOTICE ###
All our goods are shipped with signed-for-courier. This ensures that we can track our deliveries. Please make sure that you check the packaging for any signs of damage BEFORE signing for your delivery. If you spot any indication of damage write "DAMAGED" on the delivery note. This ensures that we can provide a free-of-charge replacement in the event that the goods are damaged within the packaging.
Offshore and Delivery outside the UK
Delivery lead times and prices are for delivery to Mainland UK address. Please contact us for shipping costs to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Palletised Delivery
Some large items or large quantities will be dispatched on a pallet delivery. 2-3 day pallet delivery is charged at the standard carriage rate. Next-day pallet delivery where available, is charged at cost (approx. £80.00 + VAT per pallet).
Pallet deliveries are kerb side deliveries and the pallet will need to be disposed of.
Signing for your goods ### IMPORTANT INFORMATION ###
All our products are shipped with couriers and require a signature. Couriers operate within business hours and can arrive between 08:30 am until 6pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Items sent by carrier are automatically insured. However, in order for this insurance to work, it is necessary for us to register a claim within 48 hours of delivery of goods.
This means that if a parcel is damaged in transit we need to know within 24 hours, preferably by email to returns@scribblewall.co.uk
On arrival, the driver should wait whilst you check the parcel carefully. Please do this before signing for the delivery.
When you sign couriers paperwork you are indicating that the goods have been delivered "in good condition".
If there is any indication whatsoever that the package has been damaged (e.g. punctured, torn or ripped box), please refuse the delivery or write "damaged" on the delivery note.
It is your responsibility to examine the package thoroughly. It may seem unfair but we cannot help claim for damage by the courier if you have not signed DAMAGED.

Late Deliveries
We will take all reasonable steps to deliver the goods within the stated period but shall not incur any liability whatsoever due to any consequences of delayed delivery or carrier damage.
Green Monkey Ltd T/A ScribbleWall does not guarantee to get delivery on-site to meet installers and will accept no liabilities arising from delayed delivery or product damage consequently delaying installation.
